CEIR presents at the 20th European Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work

,

The team of the Center for Enterprise Information Research (CEIR) successfully submitted some of their latest work to the 20th European Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (ECSCW), a single track conference on CSCW that took place in Coimbra, Portugal.

Prof. Dr. Petra Schubert  and Prof. Dr. Susan Williams submitted a research note on Enterprise Collaboration Platform Configurations [1] and they were invited to give a presentation on Friday, 1 July. The research note presents findings of a focused empirical study that examines the complex collaborative technology landscape in organisations in order to characterise and understand the evolving portfolios of collaboration software.

Our PhD student Julian Mosen successfully applied for the doctoral consortium and got the chance to present his work on The Structure of Social Documents: Visualising Digital Traces of Collaborative Work [2] in a group of ten PhD students. The doctoral consortium was led by Prof. Dr. Susanne Bødker, Dr. Paula Alexandra Silva, Dr. Nervo Xavier Verdezoto and  Dr. Francisco Nunes, who provided valuable feedback to all of the PhD students.
